All images generated by our AI models are restricted to the following:

- May not include real identifiable individuals without consent
5. Intellectual Property
All AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology are proprietary and protected by copyright and trade secret laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights to the underlying technology.
Generated images may be used for personal purposes only. Commercial licensing is available through separate agreement.
6. Privacy and Data Collection

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nudify.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Subscription Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
- You will be charged on the billing date for your plan
- Refunds are not available for partial billing periods
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in illegal activity
- You create non-consensual intimate images
- You abuse the Service or harass other users
- You attempt to circumvent payments or access restrictions
Upon termination, access to your account and generated images will be immediately revoked.
11. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Non-consensual intimate images or deepfakes
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Illegal activities or violence
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Copyright or trademark infringement
- Harassment or defamation
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
